These General Conditions regulate the use of (including mere access to) this website. Access to the website confers the status as user and entails express and voluntary acceptance of the conditions contained in this Legal Notice.

The website provides users with information on the products and services of ASC.
The information contained in this website is current on the date of the last update.
The contents of the website, especially informative and advertising references, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not constitute a binding offer. ASC reserves the right to make modifications or to erase in part or in full the current contents of the website when it considers appropriate, and to prevent or restrict access on temporary or permanent basis.
In any case, ASC reserves the right to modify unilaterally (or eliminate), at any time and with no need for prior notice, the structure and design of the website; its services or contents; as well as its conditions of access and/or use. The user voluntarily and expressly accepts that access to and use of the website is in any cases carried out under the user’s sole and exclusive responsibility.
ASC is not responsible for the consequences or damages deriving from access to or use of the website or any links it contents; deficient in the operation of its server; the communication networks; or for problems resulting from malfunction or the use of unsuitable version of browsers.

ASC complies with all the requisites established by Regulation (EE) 2016/679, Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999 and the legislation developing it, as well as the inherent confidentiality commitments of the insurance activity.
By completing any form and sending it to ASC, the user accepts that his/her personal data may be processed and included in the databases of ASC for the established purposes.
All personal data obtained by ASC will be included in automated files owned by ASC and will be processed in accordance with legal requirements, adopting the necessary technical measures to maintain the required level of security according to the nature of such data, for the purpose of preventing alteration, loss, unauthorized processing thereof or access thereto.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of use shall be governed by Spanish legislation.

ASC and the user submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, waiving any other venue that might correspond to them.
