Should you require any service - admission to hospital, outpatients clinic, specialized tests, advanced diagnostic techniques, physiotherapy service, etc. - it will be necessary, in addition to the doctor's request, the authorisation of the service.

Assistència Sanitària has developed a system to facilitate the request and processing of authorisations.

For your own protection, it is necessary to identify yourself with username and password to access your virtual office. If you are not registered yet, you can do so by accessing the insured register.

Bear in mind that the authorisations processed must correspond to the same insured person logged onto the website. In other words, each insured must use their own user obtained during the registration process.

ONLINE ASSISTÈNCIA APP FOR SMARTPHONES

Application available for mobile devices: iOS or Android. It can be downloaded from the corresponding markets. It allows you to manage authorisations in a very agile way, maintaining the confidentiality of the information at all times.

With this application you can also consult the Assistència Medical Chart, buy e-cheques and check the balance, as well as access your Document Inbox.
