ASC is also listed in the Administrative Register of Insurance providers of the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Schemes, under section C-416, and is authorised to operate in the fields of accident and illness insurance (including healthcare).

The present General Conditions regulate the use of (including merely accessing) the present Web Site. Access to the Web Site attributes the condition of user thereof and implies express, automatic and voluntary acceptance of the conditions contained in the present Legal Notice.

The information contained in the present Web Site was current at the last update.

The content of the Web Site, in particular the information and advertising, do not, unless expressly stated to the contrary, constitute a binding offer. ASC reserves the right to introduce modifications or partially or totally omit the present content of the Web as it sees fit, and also to impede or restrict access temporarily or permanently.

At all events, ASC reserves the right to unilaterally modify (or eliminate), at any time and without the need for prior notice, the structure and design of the Web Site, its services and content, as well as the conditions of access and/or use. These changes will be in force as from their publication and will be applicable to all users of the Web Site as of that date.

Use of the Web Site

Unauthorised use of this information will give rise to those liabilities established by law.

The user voluntarily and expressly accepts that access to and use of the Web Site takes place at all times under his/her sole liability.

ASC is not responsible for the consequences, damage or prejudice caused by access to or use of the Web Site nor the links contained therein, for failures in the service by its server or for communications networks, or for problems arising from the malfunctioning or use of unoptimised browser versions.

ASC, despite having adopted all the necessary measures, is not responsible either for possible errors of security that might arise or for any possible damage caused to the user's computer system (hardware and software) or to the files stored on it as a result of the presence of viruses or other malware in the computer used by the user.

Data protection and confidentiality
ASC complies with all the requirements laid down in Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, of 13 December, and the ensuing legislation, the UE regulation 2016/679 as well as the commitment to confidentiality inherent to the insurance business.

The act of filling in any form and sending it to ASC implies that the user accepts that his/her personal data will be treated and included in the ASC's data bases.

All data of a personal nature obtained by ASC are gathered in automated files belonging to ASC and treated according to legal requirements, after adopting the technical measures necessary to maintain the level of security required in keeping with the nature of these data, with the object of avoiding their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The present General Conditions of use will be governed by Spanish law.

ASC and the user, expressly renouncing any other authority that might correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
